I’m Michal Niczewski, a Harrison, New Jersey native and the owner-operator of Hudson Survey Company. With five years of professional surveying experience, I’ve developed expertise in control and precision work—including notable projects like 2 World Trade Center—and brought that same precision and attention to detail to every residential, commercial, and construction survey I perform.

What I love most about land surveying is simple: every day takes me somewhere different. One morning I’m establishing property lines for a homeowner in Hoboken, the afternoon I’m providing construction stakeout for a commercial project in Jersey City, and the next day I’m surveying a large parcel in Morris County. The variety of properties, challenges, and people I work with keeps the work engaging and allows me to serve diverse needs throughout New Jersey.
